The floor trim that creates a stop-end for LVT and the like

• Designed to use with vinyl flooring (LVT and the like) which is 4mm or 5mm thick e.g. Karndean, Amtico and other brands. This quality metal threshold strip is also suitable for installation with other hard flooring such as porcelain/ceramic and carpet tiles of a similar thickness.
• This vinyl threshold strip caters for floating flooring with a maximum expansion allowance of up to 5mm and is also suitable for dryback (fixed glue down) installations. It is best to refer to the manufacturer of your flooring to determine if it is floating or not and the expansion allowance needed. • Install as a stop to the edge of your flooring such as up against the track of sliding doors or where the flooring meets full-drop windows.
• The visible door profile is just 7mm wide, creating a discreet join and has a square profile. Ideal for edging where the flooring butts up against a patio door or a mat well, creating a neat square edge. It is also suitable for using where full-height windows drop below the floor level, such as in some apartments.
• This LVT threshold bar is manufactured in solid brass in a choice of 10 smart metal finishes (colours).
• Available lengths: 900mm, 1000mm, 1800mm and 2700mm which you can cut to length.

Fitting tips for the Premier LVT Square Cap

• Please note, the LVT Square Cap should be installed flat and not at an angle (see diagram).
• Cut these vinyl threshold strips to length with a sharp hack-saw.
• The base section of the Square Cap floor trim, which when fitted is hidden underneath the LVT, is pre-drilled. Securely attach to the base floor with screws (not supplied). Alternatively, it can be stuck using a suitable propriety adhesive.
