Order collection

Product Description

We can ask DHL to collect orders at the request of customers, if customers do not wish to arrange their own returns.  The cost is flat fee of £25.00 incl VAT, regardless of the size of the order. To pay online, securely, please add to basket (£18.55) and provide payment card details. The basket will add £8.95 for “delivery” automatically,  to reach the total of £27.50.

Please note any collection requested is entirely at your risk and there is no insurance policy nor claims policy to cover your return.  Only goods received back in perfect, re-saleable condition will be refunded. Therefore, should your parcel(s) get damaged or lost in transit (which can happen), we will not refund you for the goods.

Once payment has been received, we will let you know which day the carrier will be collecting.
