Orders over £75.00 incl VAT are delivered free of charge to most UK mainland addresses. Under £75.00 the charge is £8.95 including VAT. For Northern Ireland, Highlands, certain Scottish postcodes and off-shore islands a fixed delivery charge of £15.00 incl VAT applies. For the Isle of Wight and Channel Islands a fixed charge of £20.00 incl VAT applies. Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to Republic of Ireland

The Premier Single 4 door thresholds are a smart way to join a stick-down carpet and natural sisal up to 4mm thick to floorboards and thin vinyl flooring.
Features a smooth, curved edge to create a smooth transition and avoid a trip hazard – see diagram for further details.
The two floors should be level with each other as the Single 4 needs to lie flat.
The carpet is gripped under tension by the teeth, whilst on the other side the floorcovering lies under the curved edge. This means no raw edges or rucked up carpet.
The Single 4 is suitable for thin carpet/stick-down carpet only. Any underlay is cut short of the door bar.
Made with a solid brass bar, with rounded edges, in a choice of 10 smart, unlacquered, metal finishes.
Available 900mm, 1000mm, 1800mm and 2700mm.
Also known as Premier Trim Single or a Single Naplock.
If your carpet is standard thickness, select the Premier Single 9 carpet threshold instead.
Fitting of the Premier Single 4 door thresholds
Cut to length with a sharp hack-saw.
Stick, using a propriety adhesive, nail or screw (avoiding any underfloor heating).
The underlay stops short of the door threshold.
Once fitted, Premier Door Bars Single 4 can be ‘napped down’ with a carpeted wood block, which will give the carpet an extra firm grip on the pins and can reduce the height further.

Looking after & cleaning door thresholds
This product is made of solid brass and hand-finished and therefore the finish may vary slightly from batch to batch. To achieve an authentic look and withstand daily use, they are unlacquered and therefore may age naturally over time, depending on their environment. In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we ship direct from the manufacturers to your delivery address using DHL/UK Mail. The high quality range of Premier door thresholds are mostly made from solid brass and offered in a choice of 10 different finishes. These options are achieved using a variety of manufacturing processes, including powder coating, plating, polishing and chemical antiquing and are hand-finished. Therefore, any given finish may vary slightly from batch to batch and compared to any given sample.
